مُفَوَّهٍ — eloquent. This adjective trails 'preacher' and copies its genitive, indefinite traits, marking it as the one being described. Its form is a passive-participle shape literally 'endowed with a mouth' — i.e. eloquent. Agreement in case is what ties it to the right noun.
