فقرأ في صلاة الصبح قل هو الله أحد حتى بلغ ولم يكن له كفوا أحد فقال اللهم إن كان في الأرض أحد فاجعله كفوا لي
He recited in the morning prayer 'Say, He is Allah, the One,' until he reached 'and there is none equal to Him,' then said: O Allah, if there is anyone on earth, make him my equal.
كُفُوًا — equivalent. An indefinite noun 'an equal', in the accusative -an because it is the leading predicate of the 'was not' clause, fronted before its subject. Arabic can put this predicate up front and mark it with the object-style ending.

كُفُوًا — an equal. An indefinite noun 'an equal' in the accusative -an, here the second object of 'make', naming what 'him' should be made into. 'Make X Y' gives both X and Y object-style endings.
