وَهَذَا يتَعَلَّق بِهِ أُمُور جليلة قد بسطناها وشرحناها فِي غير هَذَا الْموضع
And concerning this, there are significant matters that we have expanded upon and explained elsewhere.
وَشَرَحْنَاهَا — and we explained them. The 'and' prefix joins a second verb to the first, again past tense with 'we' inside it and an attached 'them' as object. Both verbs share the same subject and object, pairing 'expounded' and 'explained' as one effort.
