ثُمَّ يَخْرُجُ مِنَ النَّارِ مَنْ قَالَ لَا إِلٰهَ إِلَّا اللَّهُ
Then whoever says, "There is no god but Allah" will come out of the Fire.
النَّارِ — the Fire. The al- prefix makes this definite, the specific Fire of punishment. After the preposition it takes the genitive shape, naming the place the coming-out departs from.
