كل الْأَشْيَاء شَجَرَة وَأَنت الثَّمَرَة
All things are a tree, and you are the fruit.
الثَّمَرَةُ — the fruit. The predicate naming what 'you' are, nominative ('-u'), definite — 'the fruit'. You are the point of the whole tree.

وَثَمَرَةَ — and sincerity of. This is wa- (and) on 'fruit of', a second object of 'gave' joined to the first, and the head of a pairing with 'his heart', 'the fruit of his heart'. The 'of' link is built by position; the metaphor names heartfelt sincerity given along with the handshake.
