The first stage of the journey is frequent remembrance of God and glorifying Him morning and evening.
وَتَسْبِيحُهُ — and glorifying Him. wa- = 'and'; tasbih means 'glorifying, praising'; the ending '-hu' adds 'Him' — 'and glorifying Him'.
