يُؤْمَرُ بِفِئَامٍ أَيْ جَمَاعَاتٍ مِنَ النَّاسِ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ إِلَى الْجَنَّةِ،
A group of people will be ordered on the Day of Resurrection to go to Paradise,
بِفِئَامٍ — with a group. A preposition 'with / in respect of' fused to an indefinite noun 'a throng', the preposition forcing its ending. It links the commanding to the group it concerns, naming who is being marshalled.
