الذُّلِّ — humility. In the genitive after the explanatory 'min', definite — lowliness / abasement before God. The first thing the soul attains and gives.

الذُّلِّ — of humility. This is the owner closing the pairing, 'of humility', set straight after the noun it completes with no word for 'of'. Its genitive ending alone shows the relationship, naming what the fullness belongs to.
From: Worship and Repentance →فالحب الخلي عَن ذل والذل الخلي عَن حب لَا يكون عبَادَة

ذُلٍّ — humility. This noun is indefinite, with no 'the', and its ending shows the genitive case because the preposition before it governs it. The indefinite form gives the sweeping sense of 'devoid of any humility at all'.

وَالذُّلُّ — and the humility. The 'and' prefix balances this against the first half, and the noun carries 'the' as a second subject. Arabic pairs the two mirror-image phrases here, each subject taking the same plain ending before the shared verdict at the end.
From: Worship and Repentance →وَالْذُّلُّ أَحَبَّ إِلَيْهِ مِنَ الْعِزِّ

وَالْذُّلُّ — and humiliation. Joins a coordinating 'wa-' to a noun made definite by 'al-'. The 'wa-' here sets up a deliberate contrast, opening a clause that pairs against the previous one to push the paradox of preferring lowliness. The article marks the abstract state as the known concept now made the subject of comparison.
