فَإِنَّهُ سَيُشِيرُ عَلَيْهِ بِالنَّظَرِ فِي الْمَصَالِحِ الآجِلَةِ
For it will guide him to consider long-term benefits.
الْمَصَالِحِ — benefits. Genitive plural after 'in'; the 'the' makes it the specific benefits at stake, and it opens onto the adjective that follows.
From: The Discipline of Foresight →وَإِذا تجلى بِصِفَات الْكِفَايَة والحسب وَالْقِيَام بمصالح الْعباد
And when He manifests in the attributes of sufficiency, care, and attending to the interests of the servants.
بِمَصَالِحِ — to the interests. 'Bi-' (with) fused with a broken plural 'interests / welfare', first term of a further 'of' pairing — 'the interests of the servants' — genitive. The pairing 'attending + bi-' means seeing to them; it owns the noun that follows.
