And this is the monotheism mentioned in the statement of Al-Maraghi.
الْمَذْكُورُ — mentioned. A passive participle, 'the one that is mentioned', describing the monotheism — and matching it as definite, masculine, nominative. Being passive, it casts the noun as receiving the mention.
