وَالرُّوَاةِ — and narrators. The connector wa- 'and' joins a second broken-plural noun with al- 'the', 'the narrators', parallel to 'the volumes'. The wa- coordinates the two as the things being counted up. Both share the genitive ('of') form under the earlier 'of/from', completing 'volumes and narrators'.
