وَأحمد عَاقبَتهَا أَن تكون لَا لَهُ وَلَا عَلَيْهِ تَنْبِيه
And the best outcome is that it is neither for him nor against him. Attention!
عَاقِبَتُهَا — outcome is. 'End-result / outcome' with '-ha' (its) attached, the owner completing 'the best of its outcome', genitive. The upshot of pursuing other pleasures; the feminine suffix points back to them.

الْعَاقِبَةَ — the outcome. The topic after the reason-particle, 'the outcome', wearing the object ending only because that particle before it demands that shape on its noun. Its 'the' marks the definite final result.
