  And He informed that with patience and piety the plotting of the enemy does not harm, even if he were granted authority.

  كَيْدُ — plotting. A noun standing as the doer of 'harm', in the nominative as the subject, and the first half of an 'of' pairing with the next word. Even after the negator the subject keeps its doer-case.
