  And the Exalted said (in Sūrah al‑Hadīd): “O you who have believed, fear Allah and believe in His Messenger; He will grant you a double portion of His mercy and will make for you a light by which you will walk.”

  كِفْلَيْنِ — two portions. A dual-flavored noun, 'two portions / a double share'. The form carries 'two' built into its ending, Arabic's dedicated way of saying exactly two where English adds a separate word; it is the object given.
