أمّا الاقتصارُ على ذِكرِ الاسمِ المُفرَدِ مُجرّدًا من جملةٍ ومعنى فليسَ من هديِ الوحي،
As for merely mentioning the single name detached from a sentence and meaning, it is not part of divine guidance,
الاقْتِصَارُ — limiting. 'the restricting, confining oneself', a verbal noun, nominative as the fronted topic. It heads toward 'on...' to say 'limiting oneself to just X'.

So, one should limit themselves to agreeable, delightful food, without excess.
الِاقْتِصَارُ — the limiting. This verb-derived noun, 'the limiting', is the subject of 'ought', telling you what is fitting to do. Carrying 'al-' and the subject ending, it names the act of restricting oneself as the thing recommended.
