المُنَزَّلَةِ — the revealed. A passive participle 'revealed/sent-down' describing the books, with al- ('the') so it agrees with its noun in definiteness. Built from the verb 'to send down', it carries a passive 'having been sent down' sense baked into its pattern. It adds the attribute that these are divinely revealed.
