  The onlooker will be able to see all of them, and the caller will be able to make all of them hear, and the sun will come near them, so the people will reach a level of distress and anxiety they cannot bear or endure.

  فَيُبْصِرُهُمُ — will see them. Two pieces in one word: the connector fa- 'so/then' on a present-tense verb, with a 'them' pronoun fused on as the object. Fa- marks this as a result of the gathering, and the attached 'them' is what the onlooker sees; the verb carries its 'he' subject inside.
