وَلَا يَزَالُونَ يَتَنَاوَبُونَ آيَاتًا مِنْ سُوَرٍ مُخْتَلِفَاتٍ إِلَى أَنْ يَتَكَامَلُوا قِرَاءَةً،
And they continue taking turns reciting verses from different chapters until their recitation is complete.
يَتَنَاوَبُونَ — they take turns. A present-tense plural verb 'they take turns'. It completes the 'do not cease' frame, naming the continuing action ('keep taking turns'). The plural ending gives the 'they' subject; the reflexive-reciprocal pattern of the verb itself carries the back-and-forth 'among each other' sense.
