نَصٍّ — text. 'a text [-source],' indefinite, in the -i form after 'between' — the first of three things reconciled: the revealed text, qualified by 'clear' next.

النَّصِّ — the text. A definite noun governed by the accompaniment word before it, in the 'of' ending. The 'the' marks the text as a specific known scripture, and the ending shows it as the thing the analogy was placed against.

نَصٌّ — a text. Placed after its verb, this indefinite noun is the real subject of the condition's verb and stands in the plain subject ending. Its un-prefixed shape, 'a text', presents it generally as any scriptural text that may come.
