فَإِنْ ظَنَّ مَعَ ذُلِّكَ أَنَّهُ مِنْ خَوَاصِّ أَوْلِيَاءِ اللَّهِ وَأَهْلِ المَعْرِفَةِ وَالتَّحْقِيقِ
If, even so, he believes that he is among the select friends of God and among the people of knowledge and realization.
ذُلِّكَ — that. A 'that' demonstrative completing the 'with that' phrase, governed into the genitive by the preceding preposition. It points back to the circumstance just described, anchoring 'even so'.
