فَإِنْ ظَنَّ مَعَ ذُلِّكَ أَنَّهُ مِنْ خَوَاصِّ أَوْلِيَاءِ اللَّهِ وَأَهْلِ المَعْرِفَةِ وَالتَّحْقِيقِ
If, even so, he believes that he is among the select friends of God and among the people of knowledge and realization.
خَوَاصِّ — the select ones. A noun 'the select ones / elite' opening a possessive pair. Governed by the preceding 'among', it is the owner-side noun and leads into 'the select of the friends...'.
