The poor among the emigrants came to the Messenger of Allah, peace be upon him, and said: 'The wealthy have taken the highest ranks and everlasting blessings.'
الدُّثُورِ — of wealth. This completes 'the people of wealth / abundance', in the genitive as owner — a broken plural for 'riches / plenty'. So 'ahl al-duthur' are the affluent. The owner-noun closes the possessive.
