عَلَى أَنْ تُخَلِّيَ بَيْنِي وَبَيْنَ نَفْسِهَا،

بَيْنِي — between me. A spatial word 'between' fused with a first-person 'me' pronoun. It marks one side of a two-sided 'between X and Y' frame, naming the speaker as the first party, with the matching half supplied later in the sentence.

بَيِّنِي — between me. This is the preposition 'between' with an attached '-Me' on its end, referring to God and naming the first party of the two-sided division. As 'between' phrasing wants both sides spelled out, this word leads you to expect a paired 'and between' for the second party next.
