  And indeed the Faithful, the Truthful has guaranteed for His own, in the decisive Book, that He will grant them their reward without reckoning.

  مُحْكَمِ — decisive. A descriptive word locked into a possessive pairing with the noun after it, the first half of an 'of' chain ('the decisive of the Book'). Because it leads such a chain it drops its own 'the' and takes its definiteness from the noun that follows.
