الثامن أنه سبحانه دعا الانسان إلى النظر فيما خلق منه ليرده عن تكذيبه بما أخبر به
The eighth point is that He, glorified be He, invited humans to reflect on what He created them from to dissuade them from denying what He informed them of.
تَكْذِيبِهِ — their denying. This verbal noun names the act of calling something a lie, built on an intensive verb, with an attached pronoun on its end. It is governed by the preposition before it; Arabic packages the whole idea of 'denying it' into one derived noun.

وَالتَّكْذِيبِ — and denial. A final coordinated genitive item, the calling-false, a verbal noun, definite and genitive, closing the list. All these verbal nouns share the genitive set up by the partitive preposition.
