وهي تطلب منه في كل وقت ما تهواه، وتزين له المعاصي، وتصعب عليه الطاعات
It seeks from him at all times what it desires, embellishes sins for him, and makes acts of worship difficult for him.
تَهْوَاهُ — it desires it. A present-tense verb meaning 'it craves', with 'it' built in and -hu 'it' attached as object, 'craves it'. The clause defines 'what', and the object pronoun loops back to the same 'what'; one word holds subject and object.
