Paradise has adorned itself for the suitors.
تَزَيَّنَتِ — she has adorned herself. A past-tense reflexive-shape (form V) verb 'decked herself out' with the feminine '-at' agreeing with 'Paradise' — 'has adorned itself'. The reflexive shape: it makes itself beautiful; its vowel shifts to '-i' before the next word.

It seeks from him at all times what it desires, embellishes sins for him, and makes acts of worship difficult for him.
وَتُزَيِّنُ — and embellishes. The wa- adds another action, and the verb means 'it adorns', with 'it' built in. It continues the list of what the self does to the person.
