بِحَيْثُ يُعْطِيهِ ذَلِك كَمَا توكله على الله تَعَالَى وتفويضه إِلَيْهِ وَالصَّبْر لحكمه وَالرِّضَا بِقَضَائِهِ
Such that it gives him reliance on Allah the Exalted, entrusting matters to Him, patience with His ruling, and contentment with His decree.
وَتَفْوِيضُهُ — and entrusting. 'And' + 'the handing-over' with 'his' attached; another item in the list of what is granted, parallel to 'his reliance'. (The sentence text here was corrected from a sad/dad spelling slip.)

وَالتَّفْوِيضِ — and entrusting. 'And' plus a verbal noun 'committing / handing over', genitive, parallel to 'reliance' — the handing of one's affairs to God. It continues the list of inner strengths.
