بِحَيْثُ يُعْطِيهِ ذَلِك كَمَا توكله على الله تَعَالَى وتفويضه إِلَيْهِ وَالصَّبْر لحكمه وَالرِّضَا بِقَضَائِهِ
Such that it gives him reliance on Allah the Exalted, entrusting matters to Him, patience with His ruling, and contentment with His decree.
لِحُكْمِهِ — with His decree. The li- marks what the patience is shown toward — 'patience FOR His ruling'; 'ruling' carries 'His' and sits genitive.

Not neglected or left uncontrolled under the rule of nature and desire.
حُكْمِ — the rule. 'Rule / governance', first term of an 'of' pairing — 'the rule of nature' — genitive after 'under'. It owns the noun that follows.

If it is something reachable through juristic effort, like clear and hidden meanings, general and specific rulings, grammar, and the like.
وَالْأَحْكَامِ — and rules. Another example joined by 'and' — 'rulings,' a broken plural — soon split into clear and hidden by the adjectives next.

As for the funeral prayer, its ruling regarding combining is closer to optional prayers.
فَحُكْمُهَا — so its ruling. The 'fa-' answers 'as for,' and 'its ruling' (with 'its' for the funeral prayer) is the subject of the comment. The funeral prayer's status, it says, leans toward the optional — stated next.

On the Day of Judgment, his inner state will be revealed, and judgment will be made accordingly.
الْحُكْمُ — judgment. A noun made definite by al-, standing as the subject of the 'comes to be' verb, hence its subject ending. The al- marks 'the judgment' as the definite, decisive ruling of that Day.
