  Then it will be said: 'Bring out the group destined for the Fire.' It will be asked: 'Out of how many?'

  بَعْثَ — the group. This is the object of 'bring out', in the accusative, heading a possessive — 'the contingent / dispatch OF the Fire', i.e. those bound for Hell. So it both is what is brought out and owns the noun to come.
