قال رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم تضمن الله لمن خرج في سبيله لا يخرجه إلا جهاد في سبيلي،
The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said: 'Allah guarantees for the one who goes out in His path, driven solely by striving for My cause,
تَضَمَّنَ — guarantees. A past-tense verb in a pattern meaning 'took it upon himself / guaranteed', with 'he' built in. The reflexive-tinged pattern conveys assuming responsibility; the doer is named next, the verb leading its subject. It introduces a divine pledge.

The third matter is what is contained in His saying: 'A revelation from the Lord of the worlds.'
تَضَمَّنَهُ — is contained. A past-tense verb 'it contained/comprised' with an attached 'it' object, 'his saying contained it', subject and object both folded into the one word. The verb and object pronoun fuse, and the clause defines what the third matter consists of.
