How to say “I rewarded” in Arabic, with pronunciation and an example from OpenArabic texts.
فَقَالَ تَعَالَى إِنِّي جَزَيْتُهُمْ الْيَوْمَ بِمَا صَبَرُوا أَنَّهُمْ هُمْ الْفَائِزُونَ
And the Exalted said: Indeed I have rewarded them on the Day of Judgment for what they patiently endured; they are the successful.
جَزَيْتُهُمْ — I rewarded them. A completed-action verb with a built-in 'I' and 'them' attached as object, so one word means 'I rewarded them'. The doer is inside the verb and the recipient is suffixed, with no separate words needed.
