آمِنًا — in safety. An object-shaped (accusative) word doing circumstantial work — describing *how/in what state* the roaming is done: safely, unmolested. Arabic uses this accusative state to fold 'while secure' into a single word.
From: Warning Before the Battle of Badr →وَاجْعَلْ لَنَا بَيْتًا مَحْجُوجًا وَحَرَمًا آمِنًا،
And make for us a well-protected house and a safe sanctuary,
آمِنًا — safe. A describing word following the 'sanctuary' it modifies, telling which kind is asked for. As an Arabic adjective it sits after its noun and copies the noun's indefinite, object-marking ending, so it agrees with and trails the sanctuary.
