Then Allah, the Exalted, will send Jesus, son of Mary, peace be upon him,
عِيسَى — Jesus. This is the object of 'will send', 'Jesus', in the accusative — though its fixed final vowel never changes for case, so position tells its role here. It is followed by 'son of...' identifying him.
