وَحَيَاءً — and modesty. wa- (and) on a third indefinite noun in the object-style ending, completing the series 'light, brightness, and modesty' as further forms the inner state takes. Its ending keeps it in step with the others.

وَحَيَاءً — and modesty. The wa- closes the list with its final member, again in the accusative-of-manner matching the others. Arabic marks every item of such a series with the same case, so this last 'and...' keeps the pattern intact and rounds off the set of guises.
