بَلْ كَيْفَ يَلِيقُ بِهِ أَنْ يُصَدِّقَهُ بِأَنْوَاعِ التَّصْدِيقِ كُلِّهَا فَيُصَدِّقَهُ بِإِقْرَارِهِ وَبِالْآيَاتِ الْمُسْتَلْزِمَةِ لِصِدْقِهِ الَّتِي دَلَالَتُهَا عَلَى التَّصْدِيقِ كَدَلَالَةِ التَّصْدِيقِ بِالْقَوْلِ،
Rather, how can it befit Him to endorse him with all types of confirmations, affirming him by acknowledging him with signs that necessitate his truthfulness, whose implications for confirmation are like confirmation by word.
الْمُسْتَلْزِمَةِ — that necessitate. This is an active participle 'necessitating/requiring', used as an adjective describing 'the signs'. It agrees with them in being definite and genitive, and it governs a 'for' phrase naming what the signs necessitate. The participle turns 'to require' into a describing word.
