وَقَول الْمُصَلِّي الله أكبر سُبْحَانَ رَبِّي الْعَظِيم سُبْحَانَ رَبِّي الْأَعْلَى سمع الله لمن حَمده رَبنَا وَلَك الْحَمد التَّحِيَّات لله
And the statement of the one praying: (Allah is the Greatest. Glory be to my Lord, the Most Great. Glory be to my Lord, the Most High. Allah listens to the one who praises Him. Our Lord, and to You belongs all praise. All greetings are for Allah.)
الْمُصَلِّي — the one praying. Genitive owner of 'saying' — 'the one praying'. An active participle (mu- prefix); long final vowel, genitive by position.

And in gratitude for His blessings, the worshipper prostrated and became humble.
المُصَلِّي — the worshipper. Placed after its verb, this definite noun is the real doer of the prostrating and stands in the plain subject ending. The 'the' marks the worshipper as a specific role, and its post-verb position is the normal Arabic order.
