Taqwa is here, 'and he pointed to his chest.' It is enough of a sin for a person to belittle his Muslim brother.
امْرِئٍ — a person. This noun is indefinite, 'a person', meaning anyone in general, and it stands as the one for whom something is 'enough'. It takes the possessor ending governed by the 'enough' idiom built on the preceding preposition.
