وَإِنْ كَانَتْ سَبَبًا لِلأَلَمِ وَالأَذَى فِي الْعَاجِلِ وَمَنْعِ لَذَّاتٍ فِي الآجِلِ

وَمَنْعِ — and deprives. Despite the English 'deprives', this is a noun — 'the withholding of' — carried along the same 'a cause of...' chain by 'and'. Genitive, and the opening half of a possessive pair with the next word.
