وَقَالَتْ إِنَّ نِسَاءَكَ يَنْشُدْنَكَ اللَّهَ الْعَدْلَ فِي بِنْتِ ابْنِ أَبِي قُحَافَةِ،
She said, "Your wives are urging you to ask Allah for justice for the daughter of the son of Abu Quhafa."
قُحَافَةِ — Quhafa. The completing half of the 'father of...' by-name, set straight after it; being the possessor in that pairing forces its genitive ending, closing the stacked chain. The two together name the man at its far end.

قُحَافَةِ — Quhafa. The name closing the 'father of...' unit, completing 'Abu Quhafa' and taking the final genitive ending of the chain. Position and ending fuse the words into one name.
