فإنْ كان عند العبد عُدَّةٌ عتيدة من الإيمان تقاوم تلك العُدَّةِ وتزيد عليها، انتصف من الشيطان،
If the servant has a ready supply of faith to counter those weapons and surpass them, he prevails over the devil.
عُدَّةٌ — a supply. An indefinite noun 'store / equipment' (tanwin), the delayed subject of 'there is' — what the servant has. Indefinite because it introduces the resource.

الْعُدَّةَ — the weapons. Direct object of 'resists', accusative ('-a'), definite, paired with 'those' — here the devil's gear. The faith-store stands against that hostile equipment.
