If the servant has a ready supply of faith to counter those weapons and surpass them, he prevails over the devil.
عَتِيدَةٌ — ready. An adjective trailing 'supply', indefinite nominative, feminine to agree — 'a ready store'. The agreement marks it as describing the supply, at-hand and prepared.
