فإنْ كان عند العبد عُدَّةٌ عتيدة من الإيمان تقاوم تلك العُدَّةِ وتزيد عليها، انتصف من الشيطان،
If the servant has a ready supply of faith to counter those weapons and surpass them, he prevails over the devil.
وَتَزِيدُ — and exceed. 'And' plus a present-tense verb 'increases / outweighs', feminine subject (the supply) inside. It says the faith not only matches but surpasses.

Similarly, truthfulness, trustworthiness, righteousness, and benevolence, though they cost effort, elevate one's status and increase his good deeds.
وَتَزِيدُ — and increase. The connector 'and' fused to a second present-tense verb, 'and increase', adding another reward. It carries its own 'they' subject and links the two payoffs.
