وَهَذِهِ إِحْدَى الْفَوَائِدِ فِي دُعَاءِ الْقُنُوتِ اللَّهُمَّ اهْدِنِي فِيمَنْ هَدَيْتَ أَيْ أَدْخِلْنِي فِي هَذِهِ الزُّمَرَةِ،
And this is one of the benefits in the standing supplication: O Allah, guide me among those You have guided, that is, admit me into this group.
الزُّمَرَةِ — the group. A definite feminine noun 'the band/group', pointed at by 'this' and governed into the genitive by the earlier 'in'. Its al- marks the specific company of the guided. With the demonstrative it completes 'into this group'.
