أَصْدَقَ — more truthful. 'more truthful', comparative, the description paired with 'tongue' — 'find your tongue more truthful'. Same af'al 'more-X' shape.

الصَّادِقَةُ — sincere. 'the sincere', adjective on 'his deeds', nominative — agreeing as a feminine singular with the non-human plural.

Indeed, their condition is among the clearest evidence of the truthfulness of the Messenger, and it is among the wisdoms of God, the Exalted, to bring forth such people, to make known the condition of liars and the truthful.
الصَّادِقِينَ — of the truthful. This is an active participle in the plural carrying 'the', a doer-noun meaning 'the truthful'. Owned by 'condition' before it, it takes the genitive ending; it names the second group whose state is revealed by the contrast.
