  And He, the Exalted, said, "And give glad tidings to the patient ones, those who, when a misfortune befalls them, say, 'Indeed we belong to Allah, and indeed to Him we will return.'"

  رَاجِعُونَ — will return. A doer-noun in plural ('returners') used as the predicate ('we are returning'), in the nominative as the comment. It completes the creed's second clause about the return to God.
