كما قال تعالى ﴿يَا أَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا أَطِيعُوا اللَّهَ وَأَطِيعُوا الرَّسُولَ وَأُولِي الْأَمْرِ مِنْكُمْ فَإِنْ تَنَازَعْتُمْ فِي شَيْءٍ
As Allah the Exalted said: O you who have believed, obey Allah and obey the Messenger and those in authority among you; then if you dispute about anything...
تَنَازَعْتُمْ — you dispute. A past-tense verb carrying its 'you all' subject in the ending; though past in form, after the conditional 'if' it reads as a present/future supposition, 'should you dispute'. The plural ending marks the addressed group.
