The Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, entered into his general protection and married her when he was twenty-five years old.
خَمْسٍ — five. A numeral ('five') forming the first part of the compound 'five and twenty'. It works with the noun 'son of' to build the age, and joins the next word by 'and' to complete the count.
