وَمن خلقت فِيهِ قُوَّة الْأكل وَالشرب فلذته بِاسْتِعْمَال قوته فيهمَا
And those created with the power for eating and drinking experience pleasure by exercising their strength in them.
فِيهِمَا — in them. 'In' fused with the dual '-hima' (them two) — 'in them two', i.e. in eating and drinking. The dual suffix points to exactly the pair.

فِيهِمْ — Among them. This is 'in / among them' (a fused 'in' plus 'them'), a fronted phrase opening 'among them [is]...'. The fronting lets the real subject follow. The pronoun points to the circle's attendees.
