• وَلَكِنِ إِئْتُوا عِيسَىٰ عَبْدَ اللَّهِ

  But bring Jesus, the servant of Allah.

  عِيسَىٰ — Jesus. A proper name ending in a long unchanging vowel, the kind that never takes case endings, so its shape is fixed in any role; here it is the object of the command. A descriptive title then follows in apposition, so this name heads a short descriptive run identifying whom to bring.

• فيقول عيسى إن ربي غضب اليوم غضباً لم يغضب قبله مثله، ولن يغضب بعده مثله ولم يذكر ذنباً،

  Then Jesus will say, "My Lord was angry today with an anger like none before it, and none like it will be after it, and he did not mention any sin."

  عِيسَىٰ — Jesus. A proper name, the stated subject of the preceding 'says'; the conventional long-vowel spelling marks it, and as a foreign name it resists visible case change. It identifies who speaks.
